1. What is the delivery time for my order?
At Valora Fashion, we process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 4-6 business days. In total, your order will reach you within 5-9 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within France. There are no additional shipping costs when you checkout.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to addresses within France. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
4. What is the order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 pm (local time in Paris). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that if you placed the wrong order, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. How do I return my order?
To return your order, please contact us at support@valorafashion.com to initiate the return process. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
7. Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. However, if you made a wrong order or changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
8. How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

10. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the correct product.
11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@valorafashion.com. We will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or full refund.
12. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
