Return Window: 30 days from receipt of order.

Return Policy: Return any item for a full refund within 30 days from receipt of order — no questions asked.

To request a return: Email valorafashion@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges: We also offer no-questions-asked exchanges for size or color issues. Email us and we'll sort it out.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns for both opened and unopened products within the eligible return period. Items must be returned in reasonable condition and include all original accessories and packaging whenever possible.
